When and where do you operate?
LalaFood services Makati, Taguig, San Juan, Mandaluyong, Pasig, and Quezon City daily from 10 am to 10 pm.
How much is your delivery fee? Do I have to order a minimum amount?
Our delivery fee starts at P40 and increases by P8 per additional kilometer. The dynamic delivery fee is due to the availability of intercity orders, meaning you can get your favourites no matter how far.
We also do not require a minimum spend to proceed with your order. We get it: the stomach wants what the stomach wants.
What are your payment methods?
We only have cash on delivery at the moment, but our team is working on adding more payment methods for cashless transactions.
Do you have free delivery promos? What other exclusive perks do you offer?
Yes, we offer free delivery in the form of codes. Each code is redeemable once per user and will give you the promised number of coupons in one go, while the coupon values can vary from P50 to P100 off your delivery fee.
Our partner merchants may also offer promos like buy one get one deals, freebies per order, and so much more! These are announced in-app, via push notifications, or through our social media channels. You can also check out the News and Notifications page to see what’s exclusive to Lala.
How do I redeem the free delivery code?
You can get free delivery by redeeming codes in your My Coupons page. Just head over to your profile page, click on ‘My Coupons’, and redeem a code. To waive your delivery fee up to the amount stated, please ensure that a coupon has been added to your cart prior to placing your order. Orders cannot be modified to add in the coupon.
Do you offer the Senior Citizen, PWD, or National Athlete discounts?
Relevant information such as cardholder’s name and card number can be typed into the notes section of the cart, but LalaFood cannot guarantee the discount as some merchants may require for the cardholder to be physically present upon ordering to claim the discount. Our riders and ambassadors will show your card details, but it is up to the merchant’s discretion if they will honor the privileges for delivery orders.
How do I cancel an order?
All order cancellations must go through our Customer Happiness team via the in-app Live Chat. Just go to your profile page, click on ‘Live Chat’, then on ‘Order Inquiries’, and send over why you want to cancel your order. Orders that have already been prepared by the merchant or picked up by the rider cannot be canceled.
Do you charge your riders for cancelled orders?
No, our riders will never be charged for cancelled orders.
Why is the menu different?
We always work on keeping the menus of the merchants as updated as possible, but some prices of items may change without prior notice. You may ask the rider for the receipt for your order.

How do I change my details?
To change your name, email address, or contact number, click on ‘My Details’ at your profile page.
To add or edit existing addresses, click on ‘My Addresses’. If you’re having trouble manually finding your location through search, you can pin it on the map and input additional details such as house number, street, and significant landmarks or parking instructions in the page after confirming the pinned location.
What do I do with my referral code?
Share your referral code to get free delivery coupons! Ask your friends to input the code upon registration to get 3 coupons each good for P100 off the delivery fee, and you get 4 coupons once they complete their order with your referral coupons.
